Stuart Fillingham, who headed the team introducing Airwave at Lancashire Constabulary, commented: "We needed a real-time planning tool that could attach and control documents and their templates and which was applicable to a multi-project environment. Some thought that we were asking for the moon but only with such a system in place, could we efficiently oversee all our projects.
